Alfred & Esther Eggerling - Midland University Scholarship

The Alfred and Esther Eggerling-Midland Scholarship was established in 1993 by Alfred and Esther Eggerling. The Eggerlings devoted their lives to farming and to their children. They were modest people who enjoyed working the land and instilling solid values in their children. Natives of Seward County, Nebraska, Alfred and Esther were interested in gardening and were actively involved with Sheridan Lutheran Church. Alfred and Esther wished to give something back that they had reaped, so upon their deaths they established this scholarship to benefit students attending Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska.

To apply, you must be a current graduating high school senior or a current college student planning to attend/attending Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska; demonstrate the ability to succeed in college; demonstrate financial need.

REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION: High school or college transcript(s) (copies of transcripts are acceptable) and first page of your FAFSA Report. High school seniors must submit their high school transcript; high school graduates need only submit their college transcripts.
