Roland A. Temme Scholarship
The Roland A. Temme Scholarship Fund was established by TMCO, Inc. in 2024 in honor of its founder, Roland A. Temme. This scholarship is to benefit TMCO employees and their families who are pursuing a post-secondary education. TMCO’s goal is to retain talent at their company and for the Lincoln community. The Roland A. Temme Scholarship contributes to that goal by investing in their employees and their families.
To be eligible to apply you must be an employee or immediate family member of an an employee of TMCO, Inc. who is pursuing a degree or certification from a two- or four-year nonprofit college or university with a preference for those attending institutions in Lancaster County, Nebraska. (Immediate family members shall be defined as spouse, parent, sibling, child, or stepchild.) Preference will be given to those applicants who indicate a desire to reside and work in Lancaster County, Nebraska and/or those who are wishing to pursue a degree or certification in the manufacturing field. Financial need may be considered.
